Victory of 87, a local band from Shelby Township, Michigan is rapidly expanding their fan base throughout the Metro Detroit area and earning well-deserved respect from other local bands.

The four creative and talented 16-year-old teenagers, Gedde, Max, Alex and Michal offer original songs that appeal to all ages. Their gigs range from locals such as Club Cyber and Myspace Cafe to larger locals as The Hayloft Liquor Stand and The Emerald Theatre in Mount Clemens. As well as local gigs, the do their share of birthday parties and are looking forward to the upcoming graduation parties this summer, because they are able to give their fans more personal attention.

Recording and Battle of the Bands

Recordings have been going on periodically thanks to Hanzie Records. Hopefully within a week or so we will be advertising our new music on only detroitcity.com for a few reasons. We want to help out the detroit-metro site get new members and it would also help us become a top artist to have hits on our page along with plays of our songs and playlist adds.We have a date for the finals of our Battle of the Bands competition. As of now it will be on Saturday, the 28th of April. This date could change if the date is not good for the other finalists entered in the battle.We will keep everyone posted on dates of shows and new music updates as often as possible.Thank you to everyone who has gave the band their support... even though we've been slacking a lot lately. We'll get back on track as soon as Alex gets ungrounded. (Approx. March 5th)
