Tone & Niche (tone & Neesh), an original pop/rock band based out of Detroit, entices their audiences with energy, talent and passion. Tone and Niche consists of Anthony Retka (guitar/vocals), Nicole Varga (violin, mandolin and viola), Nick White (bass guitar), Chris Bober (guitar),and Scottie Stone(drums). Tone and Niche's eclectic mix of pop/rock and singer/songwriter styles, stem from the inspiration of performers such as The Beatles, Bob Dylan, Radiohead, Motown, Ron Sexsmith, Mike Viola and even Duke Ellington and Billie Holdiay.
Anthony and Nicole -aka- Tone & Niche, front the band dealing with a constant change in line up on drums and bass.
For the last year and a half, Tone and Niche have performed in such places Nashville, New York, Chicago and Cleveland. They have shared the bill with several national recording artists including: Martha Wainwright, Mike Errico and Stephen Kellogg and the Sixers.
