THE FLASHMOB was formed in 2006, during an upheaval in the Saginaw music scene. Seeing an end of two of the area's best local punk bands, members of Astra and The Mongrels decided to pick up their instruments and try to make music that was completely different from either of their previous bands. If you're tired of emo crybabies, lame mainstream radio hacks, American Idol pop star wanna-bees, or the same old local cover bands, THE FLASHMOB is here to destroy everything those people stand for.
