Switch Play Tv, has represented Detroit with innovative sketch comedy and improvisation for over 7 years. Originally airing on Comcast, the show grew and eventually made the move to network television. For two years it was the only independently owned Michigan based show to air on network TV. Since then Switch Play has had huge success with their live stage show; a culmination of their outrageous style of comedy, guranteed to be unlike any other stage show you've ever seen. Switch Play continues to dominate the comedy and improv sections at sites such as you tube, and myspace where, we've received over 2.5 million hits to date. We are always looking for fun and unique ways of incorporating improv into the world and have the strict philosophy that "Comedy is Colorblind!"

| Since the beginning K. has always loved perfoming, in fact she appeared in her first show at the tender age of 3. Since then this graduate of Second City Detroit has starred in numerous stage productions including: Alice in Wonderland, Second City's One Nation Under Canada,Once Upon a Mattress, Oaklahoma, Ain't Misbehavin' and Bat Boy: The Musical. K has taken her love of perfoming and found a love behind the scenes too heading make-up for a community production of Peter Pan, co-founding SPTV's props and wardrobe departments, and directing several shows for The Peddy Players Summer Stock Programs and Switch Play TV. K plans to continue exploring her directing gifts and is attending IADT Detroit where she anticipates a Bachelors in Digital Media Production in 2009 to help her goals become reality. |
