Welcome to DetroitCity.com ("DetroitCity”), owned and operated by AudioBreed, L.L.C (“AudioBreed”). This Web site provides a service to musical artists and record companies on behalf of musical artists (individually, “Artist” and collectively, “Artists”). Artists are able to post information about themselves and are able to post musical content owned and/or created by them. Part of our operation of this website involves the collection and use of information about you. This privacy policy explains what type of information we collect and what we do with that information to allow you to make choices about the way your information is collected and used. By using DetroitCity.com, you agree to be bound this privacy policy, whether or not you become a user. This privacy policy may change from time to time, so please check it often.

What Information Do We Collect?

DetroitCity collects certain types of information; personally identifiable information is information that specifically identifies a particular user, such as name, address (mailing and email) and telephone number. Anonymous information is information that cannot be connected to the identity of a specific individual. Anytime you voluntarily post public information on your profile or the message boards, chat rooms and public forums, this information is accessible by the public, DetroitCity is not responsible for personally identifiable information you post online.

Privacy of Children

None of the DetroitCity AudioBreed sites are directed to children under the age of 13. We operate our site in compliance with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act of 1998 (COPPA), and do not permit registration by, and will not knowingly collect or use personally identifiable information from, anyone under 13 years of age. This requirement is clearly posted during the registration process.

Modifications to Agreement

We may revise this Agreement at any time and you agree to be bound by the revised Agreement. Any such modifications will become effective upon the date they are first posted to this site. It is your responsibility to return to this Agreement from time to time to review the most current Privacy Policy. DetroitCity does not and will not assume any obligation to notify you of changes to this Agreement.

Our security and privacy policies are periodically reviewed and enhanced as necessary, and only authorized individuals have access to the personally identifiable information provided by our users. Customer lists and information are properly considered assets of a business. Accordingly, if we merge with another entity or if we sell our assets to another entity, our customer lists and information, including personally identifiable information you have provided us, would be included among the assets that would be transferred.
