We are Operation Moccasin, and we are a rock band from Rochester Hills. We're a mix of many styles including rock/alternative/indie/acoustic rock/hard rock/jazz.... We started up as a band a while ago. It really all started when Jordan wanted to start up a band. He started by recruiting friends he knew that were musicians. Steve, Mark, and Kory were the first to join. Then Vince was added as a possible part time vocalist. Then Drew and Doug joined the crew. They added a possible jazz and jam style to the band. We started with the name "The Slazzers", but Drew and Doug came up with the name "The Moccasins", but it was already taken. So Kory came back the next week with the name "Operation Moccasin." And it stuck. Then Drew left and Jeremy was added.

Hey guys we're in the Detroit Battle of the Bands, which is a competition for high school bands....
