TC's Speakeasy Band Booking Info

• All booking is done via email and/or press kits. Email to: booking@tcsspeakeasy.com or send CD’s/press kits to: TC’s Speakeasy - Attn: Booking, 207 W. Michigan Ave. Ypsilanti, MI 48197. Please include the following:

• Your band’s name and contact person’s name and phone number.

• The dates you are interested in (must be two months prior).

• A link to your band’s website and/or MP3s, if applicable.

• Any other local venues you have played and other bands you have played with.

• It is recommended that you come to us with a bill in mind.

• After you have sent all requested information, we will examine everything and decide if we would like to book your band. If TC’s is interested in your band, WE will contact YOU.

• If you are a band new to TC’s Speakeasy, you may be given an opening slot or showcase night to verify that you can produce a crowd.

• Show promotion:

• Artists are responsible for and required to promote their shows via mailing lists, fliers (in accordance with local and state laws and ordinances), etc.

• We send out a monthly schedule via email lists, our website, local papers/magazines, and other event listings.

• If you are headlining, feel free to send us a brief description and/or photo, and we will add it to our website.

• Bands are responsible for any additional press and/or promotion. Here are some local press contacts:

• Once you are scheduled:

• TC’s Speakeasy does NOT give guarantees. Bands will take full door money, less $25 for sound expenses, unless otherwise negotiated.

• TC’s is a 21 and up establishment. Cover starts at 9pm. All cover is between $3 and $5 unless specified otherwise.

• Load-in is at 8pm. Please call the bar if you are running late (734.483.4470). Sound check is at 9:30pm.

• Park vehicles in the Washington Street lot after load-in.

• Respect for staff, management, and property is expected.

• If you need hotel accommodations, here are some local hotels/motels:
