Jyn explains her sound this way;"Music is a powerful tool in todays world. In all my music I strive to express positive and meaningful life experiences that relate to todays youth. Jyn possesses musical rhythm and style with a youthful intensity that has been compared to artist such as Joss Stone. Mariah Carey and the legendary Betty Wright.
Born Jennifer Rose Luna in Patterson, California and grew up in Turlock, California she moved down to Los Angeles to pursue her dream. Jyn started her singing career at a young age. Since that time she has been polishing her vocal and performance skills, which create her current sound.
Beside outstanding vocals she was also blessed with natural good looks and sex appeal she is pursuing an acting career and has worked on various shows ranging from Cold Case to Half and Half.
Jyn is currently hitting the club circuit on the west coast performing at clubs such as the famous White Lotus on Hollywood Blvd. and Tu Tu Tango and BB Kings at Universal Studios. She is scheduled for a hihgh school tour covering the West Coast.
She is currently working on her debut CD under New Vintage Records with Platinum producer Jeff Sincere Arcio who has produce or worked with such groups as N'Sync, NWA, Slik and Interlude also award winning composer, arranger and vocal coach Teresa Tess Escoto who's credits include Michael Jackson, The grammy winning Andre Crouch, The Wyans,and Crystal Lewis.
Not only will it display her potent singing and songwriting talents, but early reviews has it slated as one of the top Independent Albums of 2007.
Her debut album will feature a blend of Neo-Soul, Latin R&B with a Hip Hop vibe that sets her apart from the pack. Jyn is a rarity in the music world today, a strong performer that can belt out a song live with or without a microphone.Everybody get ready -- the new songbird has taken flight.

Los Angeles, CA -- As summer 2006 comes to an end, Jyn Luna concludes the year with a bang as she releases "This Episode" her debut album with Revealed Records.
This album reflects the life and times of this young songbird. "This Episode" leads the listener through the up and downs of life, first love and first heart break, It is intimate look at Jyn Luna.
