**Instrumentation
Jupiter Sunrise features Mark Houlihan on guitar and vocals, Ben Karis on guitar and vocals, Amanda Rogers on piano and vocals, Aaron Case on bass guitar and backing vocals, and Chris Snykus on drums and backing vocals.
**Biography
Los Angeles, California's JUPITER SUNRISE shine clear and bright as a band who's dynamic, riff-ridden story-telling, driving power-pop, and moody lamentations resound with as much range of feeling and rock smarts as the Beatles, Radiohead, the Who, and Weezer. The band has been touring nearly non-stop since their formation 4 years ago, and boasts one of the best small stage live shows in the country. They recently finished a successful stint as the main attraction in the Myspace.com tent on the 2005 Van's Warped Tour, wowing new crowds across the US and up into Canada, with what was often regaled by many fans as their favorite set of the day.
Over the course of their constant touring, JUPITER SUNRISE have shared the stage with such luminaries and chart toppers as DASHBOARD CONFESSIONAL, THURSDAY, ANDREW W. K. and even 50 CENT, proving themselves worthy of both their present and future successes among indie rock, college rock, and punk communities.

| Aaron plays bass guitar and does some backup singing.
Born and raised in Anchorage, Alaska, Aaron joined JS after a chance meeting in Los Angeles with Ben and Mark. After earning a degree in biology from a college in LA, he promptly threw that out the window to rock on the road. He now acts as science advisor on occasion. His favorite foods are Northern Indian or Thai -both have awesome vegetarian stuff

| Amanda plays piano and vocals.
Originally from Syracuse, NY, Amanda is a successful solo artist

in her own right, with 5 albums and European tours under her belt. She knew JS through playing festivals and shows in NY and finally opening for them on a US tour in 2004. A collaboration of some sort seemed inevitable, but she floored the band by asking to join during a jam session!
With distinction as a technically gifted piano player, as opposed to a keyboardist, she is contributing a powerful dramatic element to the sound of Jupiter Sunrise.

| Ben Karis |
| Ben sings and plays acoustic & electric guitar.
Ben grew up in Western MA and upstate New York where he studied Mesoamerican Archaeology and Fine Arts at S.U.N.Y. Albany. His favorite artists/bands are Bob Dylan, The Flaming Lips, The Beatles, and Weezer from the olden days.
Before he joined Jupiter Sunrise, Ben was front- man for The Orange, an inventive and insidiously clever rock band from the Northeast.

| Chris plays drums and sings backing vocals.
Chris grew up in Stone Ridge, NY, in the Hudson Valley area, and entertains a wide variety of musical tastes; his favorite bands ranging from the Police to System of a Down. He's vegan and is a proponent of the vegetarian movement. Check out these links:

| Mark sings, plays acoustic & electric guitar.
Hailing from Upstate New York, Mark studied classical guitar in the Hudson Valley area where he grew up and brings the added dynamic of the classical acoustic to the live shows for a number of songs. Off the road Mark studies martial arts.
