Ok, so we got (in no particular order) Zach, Steve, Ryan, Sean, and Jeff. We play in this elite group called hollow dream. The name comes from a Tom Waits song called "train song". Our newest member was Jeff, replacing Andy. We usually have clashing acoustic and electric guitars that create a unique sound. Basically folk rhythms and heavy leads. We can get very soft, and can go very hard. A few of our covers include Are you gonna be my girl by JET, Highway to Hell by AC/DC, The Freshmen by the Verve Pipe, Slither by Velvet Revolver and Something Vague by Bright Eyes. So as you can see we have many different styles that some how work together.
| Jeff |
| Jeff really only started playing the drums since 2003, and had only 5 months of lessons. His first band was the Fallen Roses in Corona, California. It wasn't the best band in the world, but he was satisfied with them for the time being.
It wasnt until Jeff moved to Grosse Ile, Michigan when he realized his true calling: to join another band. He first joined a band with Geoff Hornby and Joel Stuk, called the Droogs. Although they had true talent, there was no real friendship within the band.
As soon as Jeff met with fellow band Hollow Dream. It was truely history in the making.
Some may know me as the drummer who replaced the CRAPPY NO-TALENT DRUMMER GUY. aka Andy. But the truth is, I'm just another musician looking for happiness. |

| Ryan |
| Ryan started playing guitar in January 2001, on a crappy $50 acoustic guitar, and began taking lessons immediately (which he still continues today). He started his first band in the summer of 2003 with Andy Eppich (former Hollow Dream drummer), which was called "Honorable Mention." From there, he went on to bands such as A.D.D, Power Failure, Bio Hazard, some chick band, and most recently, Blitzkrieg. He's had many influences in his life, the two most important being Metallica and drugs. He's the stoner of the band, and you may call him "Reefer Reeves." Then, after being discovered at a gig at a party, he and his drummer Andy were asked to play at a gig at the Modern Exchange with Steve Horbal and Sean Omaits. They accepted the offer, and within a few days, it became official; Hollow Dream was born. He started off in Hollow Dream playing bass, but soon moved on to play lead guitar for the band. Ryan plays a crappy J. Reynolds guitar (as well as Jeff's Schector Diamondback), a Marshall AVT275 amp, and an Ibanez "Weeping Demon" wah-pedal. Someday soon, he'll finally get his Parker Fly Deluxe. THE REST IS HOLLOW DREAM HISTORY!!!!!!!! |

| Sean |
| Sean was never a real musician. It wasn't untill the winter of 2005 that the frontman Steve asked him to write some songs with him. After making rough recordings in his basement the two decided to continue writing songs. Never playing an instrument Sean was always on vocals/backup vocals. It wasn't untill he purchased his Toca Vyrheid Djembe A.K.A Toca. His rythms and percussions give Hollow Dream a really unique sound. Sean may not seem like a huge musician, a lead guitarist, or a bassist. But he his an essential part of the band and what it has become. |
|
| Steve |
| Steve is the lead singer/rhythm guitarist of the band. He started Hollow Dream, as a solo project, but then decided to add permanant back up vocals. He booked a show at the Modern Exchange on July 27th 2006 for himself and Sean . Steve found Ryan and Andy through a birthday party that he played at, and asked if they wanted in. They worked everything together in 5 days, and thus hollow dream was born. Steve plays a 1457 silverone electric guitar, and a talkamine EG334SC. He has solo material under the name roger kincaid (which you can find at www.myspace.com/silvertonerock) His raw folk and alternative rock intrests (and pretty much BRIGHT EYES) have lead to the unique riffs and lyrics that have given shape to hollow dream. |

| Zach |
| Zach (Captin Squeaker to you) is the bassist. He has a huge variety of music that influences him. He started out in a band caled No Turn On Red (bonus it was all girls) It didnt last for very long. Then he joined the hell hole that one could call the gihs school band. That is where he met steve & ryan. They introduced him to Andy eppich (former drummer)and then to sean omatis. Now they Rock out together with Jeff (the New Drummer) and has a great time , laying down the hard and soft basslines, that can either make or break hollow, and so far it's only been making. |
