Forbidden Nectar formed in 1994 and played its first show in December of that year. The band worked and recorded out of the Waterford area and played The Mosquito Club (now The Token Concert Lounge) being the very first band to ever play that stage. They frequented many of the area stages but mostly played The Mosquito, The Oxbow Lake Roadhouse and acted as the house band at Drinks North in Pontiac. Over the years they recorded over twenty songs and released several Eps and one CD entitled "Opbidden Nextap". They are the first band with Black Wolfe Records when it was known as Five O'clock Records along with Personal Vandalizm, The Crew and Drizzle. These songs represent a portion of the material they recorded and honors their contribution to BWRs. The band broke up in early 2002 but a reunion is being planned. All songs are copyrighted by Schaeffer, Hargraves and Wolfe. All rights are reserved.
