In the fall of 2006 three musicians in Metro Detroit set out to find a lead man that fit their musical style. After some searching they finally found the missing piece to complete the line up and Recoil was created. Rich on vocals, Brett on guitar, Jer on bass & Mike on drums. Right away they found their groove & started the writing process. All came in with many influences ranging from Classic Rock, Metal, Grunge, etc. which evolved into songs that are considered raw high energy rock music. Recoil continues to write new material as they look forward to playing shows and gaining new fans along the way. Recoil has intentions of hitting the studio in the spring.

| We're going to hit up the studio to finish up by the end of the month. Look forward to to a demo soon after that and a CD release in July or August. |
