BIO:My name's Callan, but every one seems to be calling me Cal now a days :) I live with my older sister and her boyfriend in Southgate, but I work in Livonia. Total: I have 5 sisters and 4 brothers, my parents are divorced and my dad is remarried. I love all of my siblings very much, but my sister Lily is my whole heart...Most beautiful baby I've ever seen in my life!!! I've got a handful of really close, supportive friends that I'd die for in a heart beat but my boyfriend, Mike, is my best friend of all. He's the lead guitar player for As They Sleep and he's amazing. I just hang out with friends, laugh as much as possible, and take things one day at a time...

INTERESTS:I love to dance!!! I take dance classes at CDT in Plymouth twice a week, and I'll be competing with a solo this year! Dancing is the best way to relax and forget, except to music which is my next love :) Taking pictures is always fun, especially those select few candid shots that actually turn out the way you want them to :) I love to drive, although my car's really old and falling apart. It's doing what I need it to do for now...

I'D LIKE TO MEET:Any one who's creative and unique who shares some of the same interests as me :)

MUSIC:If I were to type out all of my favorite bands you'd be reading this for all eternity, so I'll just list the top bands I listen to most: Katatonia, Anathema, Killswitch Engage, In Flames, Soil Work, Machine Head, and Opeth. My boyfriend turned me on to metal and I love it, but I listen to different kinds of music as well. Like, classic rock, alternative, 80s metal and select pop artists (but not too much). Pop's the best music to dance to and I love to dance ;)

MOVIES:Feast is my new favorite, along with Click and 50 First Dates. Adam Sandler's hilarious so I'll watch pretty much anything with him in it. I love horror and comedies mostly, but I'll watch anything. My favorite Disney movie is Sleeping Beauty :) Once Around is one of my favorite dramas. My favorite comedies are Fun w/ Dick & Jane, and Team America :) Great classic action movies like the Lethal Weapon series and Blood Sport are great, too! And you can't forget about the Evil Dead trilogy...Great American classics for years to come :)

TELEVISION:I'm obsessed with Desperate Housewives and the new show Brothers & Sisters. I've been in love with Gilmore Girls since it first started, although I haven't been watching it too much this season. (I'll buy the DVDS.) Scrubs is my favorite comedy on TV...JD is hilarious! I also love Entourage...Those boys are great :) And I can't forget about South Park!

INFLUENCES:My mother is my main influence. She's raised 6 daughters almost completely by herself, and she remained sweet :) She's strong and confident and smart and funny and fun to be around...she's one of my best friends. I just adore her and appreciate her and wish I could give her the world.

Also, my dance teacher, Lynne. No one dances like her. She has the most beautiful presence as a dancer, you can feel the music when you're watching her. She's taught me a lot about dance theory and movement and feeling. I adore her.

BOOKS:White Oleander is really sad, but great. I also love Life Expectancy by Dean Koontz.

ONLINE FOR:To check out As They Sleep and see who of my old friends will find me, as well as maybe finding some new ones :)
