The 42nd Annual Art & Apples Festival will feature over 250 artists from around the country. The talent and range of artists mediums at the Festival will be nothing short of remarkable, and will include textiles, watercolor, woodworking, glassblowing, pottery, jewelry and more. Paint Creek Center for the Arts juried selection process ensures the caliber and integrity of the Festival's national assembly of artists and their work.
With the help of 20 non-profit organizations and over 400 volunteers, the 42nd Art & Apples Festival will include a variety of food, live entertainment, and free kids art activities. The festival is held annually on the weekend following Labor Day in the Rochester Park. The Art & Apples Festival is the principal fundraiser for Paint Creek Center for the Arts.
After a couple of laps around the park, visitors will have certainly worked up an appetite to enjoy a delicious lunch or snack from among Art & Apples' two different food courts. Whether you are hungry for apple and chicken sausage, cheeseburgers, gyros, hot dogs, apple strudel, cider and donuts, fudge, kettle corn, smoothies, lemonade or chips and salsa, the food courts will satisfy your craving! And, don't forget to take home at least one of Art & Apples' famous apple pies baked fresh and served-up ala mode, if you prefer, by the Older Persons Commission (OPC) and Boy Scout Troop #125.
